E17 Art House presents “We Are Your Friends”; an exhibition of fresh art and design talent for your delectation, as part of the E17 Art Trail 2010.

We have a fantastic line-up of East London artists including Pure Evil (lovely chap, exhibits with Banksy), Iain Hector (incredible screenprints!), Francis Long (Ketchup King) and other fabulously talented girls and boys specially picked to make this show un-missable!

E17 Art Trail cover design in the House!

E17 Art House frames Art Trail cover design

The E17 Art House team, Walthamstow is honoured to have been asked to frame the original cover artwork for this year’s E17 Art Trail guide 2010. The sampler-style art on paper was created by design duo “Happily Ever After”, based in Hatherley Mews, E17 to represent the tapestry of Walthamstow life.

Walthamstow is recorded around 1075 as Wilcumestowe – “The Place of Welcome”, and in the Doomsday Book as Wilcumstou. This year’s theme “Welcome to Walthamstow” was inspired by this original naming and by the hospitality . . . → Read More: E17 Art Trail cover design in the House!
